We are glad you are on this part of the site.  You might be looking to E- File your Tax forms to be in compliance with the IRS rules.  You need to make sure you issue Tax forms to your Independent Workers, your Employees, shareholders, and more in a timely manner.  Remember there are due dates to both when you issue 1099s to recipients and dates to when you report the 1099s to IRS.  You need to do both in a timely manner.  Here is a list of how we can help you comply:
